Shipping

Tiny-FX ships from Aalst, Belgium. We may use bpost, GLS or UPS depending on the destination, parcel and service. Shipping costs are communicated before the order is confirmed. Tracking is supplied where available.

Some products are assembled after ordering. Production time and transport time are separate; we communicate the expected lead time with your order.

Delivery Area

Tiny-FX normally delivers within Belgium and the European Union. Delivery to other countries is possible on request. Import duties, taxes and customs charges outside the European Union are payable by the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged in Transit

Please contact hello@tiny-fx.com promptly if your parcel or product arrives damaged. Include photos of the parcel and product where possible. This request does not limit statutory rights. For consumer deliveries arranged by us, risk generally remains with Tiny-FX until you or your designated recipient receives the goods.

Returns

Where the legal right applies to a distance purchase, consumers have 14 days to notify us of withdrawal, generally starting the day after receipt of the goods. Email hello@tiny-fx.com or send an unambiguous statement to our postal address. The model form is optional.

Return the goods to the address above within 14 days after notifying us. You generally pay direct return shipping costs unless we state otherwise. Refunds include standard outbound delivery costs and follow the conditions and timing in our Terms & Conditions.

Made-to-Order Products

A standard product assembled or soldered after purchase is not automatically excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal.

Custom Products

Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from withdrawal where legally applicable. We communicate any such exclusion before purchase.

Defective Products

Please contact hello@tiny-fx.com before returning defective goods so we can discuss the issue and arrange an appropriate return or remedy. Include your order number, item or SKU, a description and useful photos. The statutory conformity guarantee is separate from withdrawal; the return-cost rule for a change of mind does not remove your right to a free remedy for a covered defect.
